  • Acting as counsel on judicial reviews and appeals of labour relations board and grievance arbitrations decisions in all levels of courts
  • Appearing before labour relations boards on cease and desist applications before the courts on injunction applications and before labour relations boards on strikes, lockouts and picketing
  • Negotiating collective agreements
  • Advising on all collective agreement and collective bargaining matters

  • Appearing before statutory tribunals and courts
